She took time to really talk about the little beautiful things in life that I might Greennfield book was a collection of poems written by a little girl. The little girl in these poems really takes the time to appreciate what she has and who she has, and hoeny people can learn from her perspective.
It’s not the way we normally read a book, as it repeats “Honey, I love” whichever aspect of her life she is discussing.
I know kids will love this book because they will love the pictures and relatable story. My bu poem “riding on a train” talked about all the beautiful scenes you would see riding on a train. To me, it would be clear to do a lesson on poetry and have the students practice creating their own poems. However, the idea of turning a poem into a picture book is inspirational to young writers.
The theme is positive because it is based on very simple things to love or enjoy in life. A girl tells of all the things she loves such listening e,oise her cousin, riding in her uncles car, going to the country where the church meet and sitting with her mother. She took time to really talk about the little beautiful things in life that I might take for granted.
